Divide and Multiply!

Doris and I were part of the cabinet leadership team when, as a part of the Mission 2000 initiative, the strategically planned decision was made to divide both the Southern and Northern California divisions.

In the book, I comment on this as it relates to the ‘Australia One’ Streamlining stratagem. This out of my experience serving in AUE. What I outline there, is equally applicable to the Southern California merger. It can be found in Chapter 65, ‘Divide and Multiply’ Page 150—the emphasis not on ‘streamline,’ but on ‘multiply.’ What do you think?
